Indoor air quality is becoming an important factor, both at home, work and at school. Most of us spend more time indoors than out and air quality inside can often be as bad, if not worse, than that outdoors. Poor ventilation can lead to high levels of CO2 which can cause drowsiness and lack of concentration. Whilst open windows and doors may improve ventilation they also allow outdoor pollution from traffic and other sources to contaminate indoor air. While solutions can be costly it is not expensive to monitor indoor air quality and the information gained can help to guide you through the solutions available to you and test their effectivness. Use the tabs below to access detailed information on our IAQ monitors.
Using advanced non dispersive infra red technology the IAQ 9455 provides fast accurate monitoring of CO2. The sensor is solid state, requires no service and remains stable and accurate for up to one year with no need for re-calibration. Response time is just a few seconds and a visual display on the front panel indicates current CO2 levels. Outputs available are voltage (0-10V) current (4-20mA) and an Ethernet digital output via an RJ45 connector. Power requirement is 10-32V DC and power consumption is only 0.25 watts. The sensor is not affected by water vapour or temperature making it ideal for use in a wide variety of applications. The sensor can be field tested with CO2 gas at anytime to confirm proper operation. The IAQ 9455 is competitively priced and quantity discounts are available on request.
Typical Applications Include...
HVAC, LEV, School Classroom Monitoring, Cellar Monitoring, Incubators, Office Atmosphere Optimisation, Hospitals, Confined Space Monitoring, In Vehicle Monitoring, Car Parks and Garages . etc.
