Whether you are renting, buying, looking for monitoring services or just trying to figure out the best way of getting information about an air quality issue, we are always happy to provide technical guidance to assist you in making the best choice. We do not normally make any charge for this service. Our aim is to help you understand the technical options and having done so, we hope you will find the right technology and service at Air Monitors.
We are happy to advise on;
Clients who own their own monitoring equipment or stations, may benefit from our data management service. We will check your monitoring equipment using our AQ WEB communications technology and alert you of any issues which might arise. In addition we can prepare reports at regular intervals and produce paper, electronic or web based output to your specific requirements. You may also wish us to provide and manage your monitoring equipment for you in which case please click the rental or monitoring services tabs above to find out more.
When we sell or rent our equipment to you we will take whatever steps are necessary to ensure you get the best performance from day one. Our installation team will pre-visit the site if necessary and liaise with service providers to make sure the installation process goes smoothly. They will then deliver and install the equipment to the highest standards, before handing it over to our service team who will look after both you and the equipment throughout its life.

As part of our standard sales process we will:
- Advise you on site location and the most appropriate technology for your specific application
- Manage the installation and liaise with any sub-contractors (e.g. power company, groundwork, etc.)
- Commission the equipment, communications system & software where applicable
- Calibrate or otherwise verify the accuracy of the monitors
- Provide operational training for your personnel
- Provide continued support and assistance including, breakdown response, scheduled maintenance and all inclusive service contracts at a flat rate price for up to five years.

Our service contracts can be purchased for equipment we have provided or for equipment provided by others. We offer preventative service packages, emergency call out response, parts and consumables and all inclusive packages, where you can relax with a fixed price per annum and we take the risk of any breakdowns or failures. Our aim is to maximise your data capture at an affordable price.

Many clients do not have the time to manage their monitoring sites themselves and prefer to have us run the operation on their behalf. Our monitoring services team are able to handle the provision, installation and management of the site operations and data, providing you with reports in any format, including online web pages, electronic reports and comprehensive written reports. The only thing we don't provide is interpretation of data, which we leave to our environmental consultant colleagues. Many environmental consultants already use our monitoring services and we would be happy to refer you to a number of consultants who would be pleased to offer a full environmental monitoring as part of their consultancy service.
Much of the equipment we sell is also available for rent. We offer a cost effective pricing structure allowing you to rent for short or longer periods with or without service support. We operate a busy repair workshop at our headquarters in Tewkesbury where we can repair and calibrate your monitoring equipment. We also provide a wide range of spare parts and consumable items for almost all makes and models or air quality monitoring equipment.
