Operations and Maintenance

Day to day operations and maintenance starts with choosing the right instrumentation and solutions for the customer. Air Monitor’s principle differentiator is our experience gained through being the principal service provider to the AURN (Automatic Urban and Rural Network), throughout the whole of the UK.  We also maintain and service the National Speciation Network and LAN networks.   We apply that knowledge to the operation of monitoring systems for all our customers.

We recognise that a key factor in contracts with a site service element must be continued efforts to maintain a high standard of safety and quality, alongside a high degree of professionalism and integrity. We strive hard to ensure our people are well trained, encouraged and supported.

The staff at Air Monitors are committed to providing the highest levels of service at every stage of a project, from the first contact through to project completion, and ongoing maintenance.

We appreciate that the purchase and installation of a new monitoring system is a significant investment and we therefore understand the importance of offering clear unbiased advice from the outset so that customers can select the best solution for their needs. We have a team of office based engineers who are available to assist directly with technical queries, system planning and general advice via telephone and email.

We also have a number of service engineers available to travel worldwide. These engineers are trained to the highest standards and can assist with commissioning, calibration as well as routine maintenance and service calls. Engineers are available on an “as required” basis or as part of a service contract, which can be tailored to suit individual needs.

“ACOEM Air Monitors understand that the part we play in servicing ensures our customers have reliable, transparent and accurate data.”
