Black Carbon is part of PM10/2.5 particulate pollution but at present is not regulated. We think it should be as it is directly linked to traffic and industrial emissions and implicated in health effects and global warming. Black carbon is better defined and easier to monitor than PM10 or PM2.5. Download to learn more. |
