  • We will, at all times, treat you with respect and courtesy
  • When you call us during working hours, your call will be answered by a person not an automated answering system
  • If you email us during a working day we will endevour to reply within 24 hours
  • We will only provide equipment which we believe is fit for purpose
  • Equipment will be certified to relevant standards wherever possible
  • We will offer after sales service which is, responsive, timely, appropriate and cost effective designed to maximise availability and quality of data
  • We may send you email from time to time, unless you have specifically requested us not to do so
  • We will treat your information, data and personal details in confidence and will never pass these onto any third party without your permission
  • Should you have reason to complain about any aspect of our service or products, we will investigate and respond to you and attempt to resolve the issue amicably
  • Our terms and conditions of sale are based on reasonable and fair principles and are available on demand
